My name is Riccie, and I am new to the medical field as a patient service representative. I am passionate about helping others and creating a positive experience for patients as I continue to grow in this role. 

I am a proud parent of three boys. My family means everything to me. In my free time, I love to go camping and spend quality time outdoors with my family as we make memories and enjoy nature together.
